To take the Digital Maturity Test and receive support for digital transformation. Further information
The Digital Accelerator of Latvia, specialising in the creation of new digital products, services and platforms, assesses companies' digitalisation strategy and readiness, data management and interoperability, automation and green digitalisation, as well as the digitalisation of employees. Digitalisation of employees is essential both for the speed of a company's digital transformation and for its ability to create new, market-competitive solutions. Given the shortage of ICT specialists in the Latvian labour market, it is necessary to support the digital transformation of companies by providing training to employees both in line with the company's development needs and the organisation of work.

The availability of high quality training content in different formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online) and support for the selection of training content and mobility needs can significantly increase the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs in the region and create a knowledge-based business development environment.
