This training programme, based on the experience of Latvian experts, is designed for managers of small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals working in product and service development. The programme is particularly suitable for those who want to quickly test and trial a new digital product or service and make evidence-based decisions about its implementation. It combines the expertise of experienced mentors, project and product management techniques, and state-of-the-art technological tools.
- During the Digital Transformation Lab, companies will be offered four lectures/workshops (3 hours each) on topics relevant to their digital project development phase, as well as 16 individual mentoring sessions (up to 1 hour each).
- Each company's involvement in the programme lasts 8-9 weeks with (on average) 2-3 contact activities (workshop and mentoring sessions) per week. Apart from these contact activities, companies should be prepared to dedicate at least 6 more hours of their team's time during the programme to work on the design and effective implementation of the new product/service.
- The recommended number of members per Digital Transformation Lab team per company is 2 to 5. Teams should include those responsible for the development and implementation of new products and services (product and project managers) as well as decision-makers for new product launches.
