An open call for applications is now open for Deeptech and digital companies developing supply chain management and trade finance (SCM). These companies offer solutions that can revolutionise the efficient movement of goods and services while increasing trust in commercial transactions in supply chains.
Selected companies will have the opportunity to participate in the pan-European D2XCEL programme, which brings together more than 300 investors, leading public and private sector clients and innovation hubs. Companies will receive comprehensive mentoring to strengthen European leadership and sustainable growth in key sectors such as transport, logistics, trade and smart cities.

The programme is free (funded by the European Union).
A 6-month programme to scale up the company (from April 2025 to October 2025) with world-class mentoring and contacts.
Over 300 investors, leading public and private sector clients, collaborative partners.
2 personal mentors assigned to the company to work on individual challenges and help to get funding or expand the market.
Mentoring on industry-relevant topics including internationalisation, IPR and market strategy development, access to public finance and more.
Away events to meet investors or clients.
Opportunities for networking throughout the lifetime of the project.
Visibility and visibility through project publicity activities.
Companies are invited to apply if they:
Small or medium-sized enterprises (as defined by the EU).
Headquartered in one of the 27 EU countries or countries eligible for EIP funding (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine).
Have achieved product-market fit in supply chain management and trade finance.
Have already received public funding (EIP support or national/regional grants) or have attracted at least seed-stage investment round funding.
Are looking to expand their market or attract investment for A to A+ financing rounds.
